Biosynthetic gene clusters involved in EPS biosynthetic pathways were detected in B. velezensis DTA1. (A) Comparison of the epsA-O operon in B. velezensis DTA1 and other Bacillus species. Similar genes were indicated by the same colour and the percentage identity between the two genes was shown by the number in a black box.
